Every written report here is taken interstate wherever registration and that state's requirements allow — the requirements are confirmed before quoting. The one exception is the simulated star-rated (NatHERS) assessment, which is Victorian projects only.

Element by element against the edition your permit falls under. Where a dimension is not legible on the drawings, we ask — nothing is assumed.

The report is issued

The report and the completed calculator, with the specification your drawings need to carry, ready to go in with the permit set.

NCC 2025

On-site generation is no longer optional.

The 2025 edition requires covered buildings to generate on site. That lands on the roof plan — array area, orientation and the space left for plant — before it ever lands in the report.
