Space by space
The allowance is per space, not per building.
An open office, a store and a corridor are each allowed a different lighting power density. The assessment takes the lighting schedule and the reflected ceiling plan and works through the plate one space at a time, crediting the occupancy and daylight controls the design has actually earned.
