Pricing questions
What does an SDA include?
The Sustainable Design Assessment, the BESS report and the stormwater assessment, for up to 4 dwellings, under one price.
You do not pay separately for the stormwater.
What about 5 or more dwellings, or commercial work?
Send the drawings for a quick quote.
Larger jobs are priced from the plans rather than guessed.
Why is every report quoted from the drawings?
Because the work scales with the building: the glazing, the lighting, the number of dwellings and the building classes.
The price is quoted from the drawings before any work starts.
How fast is the turnaround?
Within 48 hours for SDAs, waste management plans, stormwater reports and residential reports, and within 72 hours for Section J, from a complete set of drawings.
